Warranty Information

Duracable Manufacturing stands behind their products, that is why we have a limited warranty on our manufactured goods. Please review the warranty information below. If you have a warranty claim, please contact Duracable Manufacturing at 866-587-1597 while the product is within the warranty time frame. Please note that there is no warranty on normal “wear” items including but not limited to: arms, bearings, belts, tires, reinforcement strips, etc.

Machines- All machines need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Duracable® Drain Cleaning Machines have a two-year warranty on the frame and motor from the date of purchase. There is a three-year warranty on the gearbox from the date of purchase for the DM55 and DM175. The machine reel, GFCI cord, and air foot pedal have a two-year warranty. If you should need to make warranty claim on your machine, please do so while the product is still in warranty. You will need to supply the serial number, model number and give an explanation of the problem you are having. Duracable Manufacturing will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). This number must be identified on the outside of the package when returned. Duracable Manufacturing will have the UPS package picked up at no charge to you.

Cable – DuraFlex cable is guaranteed for 30 days against material defects. If returning a cable, the cable inventory tag must accompany the return with a minimum of seven feet of cable.

Blades and End Fittings - Blades and end fittings have a 30-day warranty.
