LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer, warrants their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of original purchase unless shortened by original manufacturer. Some electronic components are warranted by their manufacturer for only 90 days.
Shipping charges for parts or units returned to factory will be borne by the purchaser. Labor performed by anyone other than factory personnel will be paid for by purchaser.
When a unit appears to be functioning improperly contact Triple 'R' Specialty at 800-356-9661. You will be asked one or more of the following:
- To describe the problem and check for a simple solution.
- You may order a replacement part for obviously defective parts. Part will be invoiced until defective part is returned and evaluated. Credit will be issued if after examination the part is deemed defective from the factory. Factory has final say on warranty issues.
- You must receive a return authorization before sending parts or units for warranty.
This warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship and not normal wear, depreciation, abuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper use, maintenance or storage.
WARNING THE FOLLOWING WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
Un-approved modification or repair.
Use in pipes with improper chemicals such as, but not limited to, acid, petroleum degreasers or chlorine.
Using with excessive high or low voltage.
Exposing parts to high pressure water spray.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty obligation is limited to repair/replacement of defective products as provided herein. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses, including incidental or consequential, directly or indirectly arising from the sale or use of this product.
