Price Specifications Change Without Notice

Prices appearing online are subject to change. Prices shall be those in effect on date of shipment, and the prices of products on order shall be adjusted accordingly. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

Shipping or delivery dates are approximate only and shipment or delivery pricing is subject to change. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from fire, labor difficulties, transportation difficulties or delays in our usual sources or supply or without limitations by the foregoing, any causes beyond our reasonable control. Receipt of goods shall constitute a waiver of all claims for delay. Freight will be prepaid and added. When applicable standard ground transportation is by UPS or common carrier. If you request special shipping, there may be an additional charge.

Claims

All claims for shortages and damaged goods must be made on the delivery carrier. For incorrect material, contact Triple "R" Specialty Corporation, Jacksonville, Florida, giving the invoice number and details. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any shortage.

Damaged Products

If product is received in a damaged package, you MUST refuse shipment and have driver note the package damage. All risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Contact customer service at 800-356-9661 for more information.

Returns for Credit

A standard handling charge of 25% of invoice will be deducted from credit. No returns will be accepted unless our written consent has been obtained in advance. This also is conditional on the state in which goods are received back at the factory. Freight must be prepaid. No returns on special orders. Credit will be issued to apply only against future purchases. Credits will be minus freight and all discounts taken.

Taxes

Prices do not include sales, excise, use, or other taxes. All taxes shall be for the account of and payable by the Buyer.

Export

An additional charge will be made for any special packing for shipment of material for export. All freight, insurance, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Exports will be processed only for Wire Transfer purchases.

Warranty

All goods sold hereunder are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND INCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The purchaser agrees that he will inspect the goods upon delivery. Every claim on account of defective material or workmanship or negligence or from any other cause will be deemed waived by the purchaser unless made in writing within fifteen (15) days of the date of shipment from purchaser to purchaser's customer provided that all such claims for goods stocked for resale must be submitted in writing to seller within (1) year from the receipt by purchaser of the goods to which such claim relates. Defective goods for which a valid claim has been made shall be returned to the seller and defective goods so returned will be replaced or repaired without charge. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, seller is not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense, including consequential damages, directly or indirectly arising from the condition or use of the goods or from any other cause, the exclusive remedy against the seller being to require the replacement or repair of defective goods at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Seller makes no warranty with respect to goods manufactured by others and sold to the buyer; however, seller shall extend to buyer any warranties that it receives from such vendors.

Applicability

These terms and conditions supersede those contained in any purchase order of buyer, and all prior representations, negotiations and agreements are merged herein. No modification of these terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by Triple R Specialty of Jax Inc
